Luxe for Her is built for women who want jewelry that feels expensive without the guilt. The name comes from the French word
luxe, that means quality, style, and the kind of confidence that doesn't need to explain itself. The logo development started with
so many ideas and thoughts in my mind. The market is full of jewelry brands with the same face and hand illustrations in their logo,
same color palettes used everywhere and I didn't want this brand to blend in.
What I landed on was a bold serif that feels sure of itself. Each letter has a curvy edge that mirrors the jewelry itself, the things the
brand actually sells. It's feminine and bold. The kind of logo you buy from, not just look at. It creates a sense of trust and authenticity
in the mind of people looking for jewelry that is comfortable for everyday use.
The logomark is the letter 'L' but it's doing two jobs at once. It looks lik a bangle and an earring. The frame around it brings in the French
reference, the premium feel, without saying it out loud. The color palette was another problem. What the brand had was dull, completely
at odds with the message they were trying to send. Their content looked premium but their branding didn't. So we pushed the colors
somewhere bolder, richer, more honest to what the brand actually is. Something that isn't outdated and unforgettable.
